We have a wide and varied experience with Roadshows across the UK and Europe for various clients.
From start to finish we will assist in orchestrating your roadshow event, from finding the best
venue, inviting the delegates, collating their responses, organising the presenters, rehearsals,
assisting with the production and working closely with our production company to technically stage the event.
A typical roadshow that we have organised encompassed 25 venues over a four week period, many of
which ran back to back or 2 per day around the whole of the UK and Northern Ireland.
All the equipment, PA, Lighting etc. is brought in via our production company ensuring that
minimal effective costs are met and therefore we do not incur additional hotel rental costs etc.
We have a wealth of experience in negotiating rates, room hire and facilitator fees should
the client wish us to act on their behalf.
